「KOOL & THE GANG/J.T. TAYLOR STATE OF AFFAIRS」JT復帰。JTテイラーの3作目『BABY I'M BACK』（1993）にロナルド・ベルが参加した時に「もしや」という思いがあったのだけど、やはりそれは起きた。正直JTがグループを脱退してから、グループは新メンバーを入れて頑張ってはいるもののメジャーとの契約が切れたりで厳しい状態になっていた。一方JTもソロで一花咲かせたいところだったが、クール時代ほどのヒットには至っていない。
